Strategy 3.3-1: Support smooth transitions from Pre K to Kindergarten.

This indicator shows the percentage of fourth grade students who are proficient or above in English/Language Arts. The Georgia Department of Education implemented a new testing system, the Georgia Milestones Assessment System, during the 2014-2015 academic year. The new system has replaced the CRCT.
